TS DSC Result 2024 Live Updates: The Department of School Education, Telangana has published the results of the direct recruitment examination for teacher posts. The TS DSC result 2024 can be checked on the official website, tgdsc.aptonline.in. The result was formally announced by Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy. After announcing the results, the department issued the provisional answer key on August 13 and invited objections from candidates. The final answer key was released on September 6.

The TS DSC 2024 examination was conducted in two shifts on each exam day from July 18 to August 5, 2024.

TG DSC Results 2024: Vacancies and posts

The TS DSC 2024 vacancies are distributed as follows:

- Physical Education Teacher: 182
- SGT (Secondary Grade Teacher): 6508
- School Assistant: 2629
- Language Pandits: 727
- Special Education Teachers in Primary Level: 796
- Special Education Teachers in Upper Primary/Secondary Level in Government and Local Body Schools: 220

District-wise, the posts include:
- Hyderabad: 537 SGT posts
- Peddapalli: 21 SGT posts
- Khammam: 176 School Assistant posts
- Medchal Malkajgiri: 26 posts
- Adilabad: 74 School Assistant and 209 SGT posts
- Nalgonda: 383 SGT posts
- Hanumakonda: 158 School Assistants and 81 SGT posts
- Jagtial: 99 School Assistant and 161 SGT posts
- Suryapet: 86 School Assistant and 224 SGT posts
- Yadadri: 84 School Assistant and 137 SGT posts

The examination was conducted in two shifts between July 18 and August 5, 2024, to fill positions such as School Assistants, Secondary Grade Teachers, Language Pandits, Physical Education Teachers, and Special Education Teachers.

The provisional answer key for the TS DSC 2024 exam was released in August, allowing candidates to raise any objections within a stipulated period. The final answer keys, prepared after a thorough review of the objections submitted by candidates, were released in September.

Additionally, an edit window link was made available for candidates who needed to correct their personal details on the official website.

The ongoing teacher recruitment drive in Telangana aims to fill 11,062 teacher posts. The selection process will be based on a merit-cum-roster system, in line with the recruitment provisions adopted by the Telangana government.
