Kia Carnival Launched In India Update: India is getting the Kia Carnival's fourth-generation model in a single Limousine variant, which is arriving as a direct import.

Kia has launched its flagship MPV, the 2024 Carnival, in the Indian market. The Limousine Plus variant costs ₹63.90 lakh (ex-showroom), and the Carnival comes with a three-year warranty, roadside assistance, and a free maintenance package.

The Kia Carnival comes equipped with auto LED projector headlamps, LED DRLs, 18-inch alloy wheels, and a dual electric sunroof, while the LED tail lamps are connected by an LED light bar. Inside, it features a two-tone interior with a 12.3-inch driver display, a 12.3-inch infotainment system with a 12-speaker Bose system, an 11-inch head-up display, a 12-way powered driver seat, and an 8-way powered passenger seat, along with ventilation and heating for the front-row seats. Other highlights include shift-by-wire, 64-color ambient lighting, rain-sensing wipers, and push-button start/stop.
On October 3, Kia also announced a futuristic approach to "redefine the Indian automobile ecosystem with its 2.0 transformation strategy". The company launched the EV9 and Carnival Limousine in India to kick-start this transformation "with never seen before technologies, reiterating its imagery as the industry disruptor".
"At the heart of Kia 2.0 lies ground-breaking innovations, including the introduction of Kia Connect 2.0 and advanced Vehicle to Everything (V2X) technology. Standing for Kia Connect 2.0 is the updated Connected Car platform of Kia which opens the door for many new innovations. The new platform introduces controller OTA (Over-the-air) updates not just for a map but also for vehicle diagnostic purposes. The OTA under Kia Connect 2.0 allows Kia to diagnose and fix newly launched EV9 and Carnival Limousine with 44 and 27 controller modules remotely," said the carmaker.
