She is accused of being of Bangladeshi origin and staying illegally with her family. Riya's mother allegedly married an Indian man to obtain fake documents for herself and her children.

Riya Arvinda Barde, a Bangladeshi adult film actor, was arrested in Ulhasnagar, Maharashtra on Thursday for allegedly staying illegally in India using fake documents, officials told PTI. Reports claim she worked on projects done by Raj Kundra Productions.

Kundra Denies Allegations, Calls Claims 'Baseless' and 'Damaging'

Kundra has addressed recent allegations, calling them completely false. Speaking exclusively to *HT City*, he expressed being "deeply disturbed" by the reports, which suggest an illegal immigrant worked for him at a supposed production company. Kundra clarified, "I have never met this person, nor have I ever owned or been involved with any production company linked to them." He condemned the claims as damaging to his reputation and an attempt to exploit his name for media attention, asserting his commitment to conducting business with integrity.

Who is Bangladeshi Porn Star Riya Barde? 

Bangladeshi National Arrested for Forgery and Cheating, Lived Under Multiple Identities. Riya Arvind Barde, also known as Aarohi Barde in the adult film industry, was arrested by Mumbai Police for cheating, forgery, and violating the Foreigners Act. A year-long investigation revealed inconsistencies in her documents, including her birth certificate, school leaving certificate, and passport, which listed different birthplaces in West Bengal and Maharashtra. A friend tipped off the police, uncovering that Riya, a Bangladeshi national, had been living in India illegally.

Riya's family is currently scattered, with her parents residing in Qatar, while her siblings are still being searched by authorities. Her mother allegedly married an Indian man to continue living in the country. The police have filed an FIR against her under sections related to cheating and forgery, and are looking for four accomplices involved in the case. 

Riya, previously arrested for prostitution, was also associated with projects in the adult film industry, reportedly linked to Raj Kundra Productions.
